7 Week course; 3 hours per week, Thursday afternoon Week 1 - 3: Watercolours The next three weeks we play with watercolour. We’ll look at the materials, tools and techniques needed to paint with watercolour, and you will produce exercises as well as final pieces. Week 4 - 6: Acrylics In the three weeks of acrylics you'll discover the importance of colour theory, and how to apply acrylic paint with both brushes and a palette knife. Again, you will produce exercises as well as final pieces. Week 7: Final Piece The final week of term you will produce a piece of your choosing using either watercolours or acrylics. All materials provided, plus tuition and refreshments!
