Service Description

Learn how to create art in a range of media and look at the work of linked contemporary artists. All the different media will link to an art movements every week. 6 Week course; 3 hours per week, Tuesday evenings. The range of example Contemporary Artists are: Week 1 Artist: Yayoi Kusama Week 2 Artist: Escher Week 3 Artist: Tracey Emin Week 4 Artist: Grayson Perry Week 5 Artist: Georgia O Keeffe Week 6 Artist: Sir Michael Craig Martin Materials and methods offered include drawing, painting and mixed media. The classes are kept to a maximum of 8, providing a relaxed learning environment. All materials, use of tools and equipment, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
