Service Description
Take a leap into the world of art journaling for wellbeing. This is an artistic way of documenting your life within the pages of a journal – using words, pens, paint, and collage to express yourself. Over the next few weeks, you will get tips on painting, doodling with purpose, and composition, plus reminders that there are no rules. Led by a certified Therapeutic Art Life coach. 12 Week course; 3 hours per week, Monday afternoons. samhumphreys.com • Intro session, simple bookbinding to create a wellbeing /creativity /mindfulness book. • Main journal - What will you start off with? • Typography and text • Wellbeing focus • Small still life • Finishing off, using your journal Materials and methods offered include drawing, painting and mixed media. The classes are kept to a maximum of 8, providing a relaxed learning environment. All materials, use of tools and equipment, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
